Swedish graphic designer Viktor Hertz is a big fan of music. Since 2011, he has been creating a series of pictogram music posters depicting song titles, but unexpectedly. This list of songs is a mixture of Viktor’s favourite choices of music, which include David Bowie, Daft Punk, No Doubt, Adele and The Velvet Underground.

“A couple of months ago, I decided to have another shot at pictogram music posters- I wanted to improve my style and take my work to a new level, but also challenge myself as a graphic designer and be as creative as possible.” states Viktor Hertz.

For simplicity and consistency, Hertz only uses four colours: red, beige, black and yellow to create the posters. Hertz has also created a Spotify playlist consisting of the songs that his work is based on, so you can listen to the artists while enjoying the posters.
