The British firm, Eagle has solely focused on the sales, restoration and re-engineering of the Jaguar E-Type for over 30 years. They have just announced the launch of the Eagle Spyder GT, their fourth evolution of the Jaguar E-Type, following the Eagle E-Type, the Eagle Speedster and the Eagle Low Drag GT. The stylish Speedster is probably the most well known modelled has received its share of rave reviews. Count former Top Gear host Jeremy Clarkson as among Eagle’s most emotional fans. Following a Top Gear review, Clarkson stated, “I think this, by a long way, is the most beautiful car I have ever seen. It might actually be the most beautiful thing I have ever seen.”

With the new Spyder GT, Eagle combines the style and dynamics of the Speedster with the poise and performance of the Low Drag GT. The lightweight roadster is completely crafted in aluminium, based on the shape of the original 1960’s classic and features a raked windscreen and folding roof. It will remain rare as only a few examples will be hand built, with extensive customer options. Eagle expects to deliver its very first Spyder GT to a lucky customer this summer.
