Singer Vehicle Design “Newcastle” 911

Los Angeles based Singer Vehicle Design remains focused on exquisitely restoring and optimising air-cooled Porsche 911s. They will return to the exclusive Goodwood Festival of Speed on June 23-26th in West Sussex, the UK a second time to showcase their latest creation, “Newcastle”. Automotive journalist and professional racer Chris Harris will drive Singer’s newest icon up famous Goodwood Hill where it will be displayed off track during the festival weekend.

Named after its intended delivery location, Newcastle is a 1990 6-speed beauty re-imagined with a naturally aspirated 4.0-litre flat six engine and Singer Racing White body. The car is said to produce 390hp and reach 96 km/h from standstill in 3.3 seconds. Completely restored in LA, the right-hand-drive Porsche 911 displays striking Deep Royal Blue Nubuck semi-suede and leather weave on the majority of the interior including both carbon fibre track seats and the along the bottom of the instrument panel.
