Recycled For The Best
Patagonia Bivy Collection

American outdoor brand Patagonia has been committed to creating sustainable products from the beginning, with many of its collections being made using recycled polyester or regenerative organic cotton. Its latest offering is the new Bivy collection, which is not only made using recycled duck and goose down but also other recycled materials from the inside out.

The highlight of the new collection is the Men’s Reversible Bivy Down Vest. The ¼-inch pile fleece is made using 70% recycled polyester and offers a unique retro style seldom found in Patagonia’s products. The water-resistant shell comes from 100% recycled polyester with DWR, while the insulation level is guaranteed with 600-fill-power recycled down. The classic design comes with a comfortable down-filled collar for protecting the wearer’s neck, and both sides of the reversible vest feature side-entry handwarmer pockets. The dual colour on the face side as well as the patch-on pocket on the reverse side both offer a more stylish look for this practical vest.

Other pieces from the Bivy collection include the Bivy Jacket and Bivy Hooded Vest for women, a Boys’ Bivy Down Hoody and the colourful Baby Bivy Down Vest. All products in the Bivy collection are Fair Trade Certified sewn, meaning the workers in the production earn a premium for their work.
