The latest collection by design studio PELLE named ‘The Beam and Glow Collection’ consists of rectangular shaped horizontal and vertical light structures. Coloured lenses are placed on the anodised or hand-finished frames, so with the lights illuminated, the colours of both the lenses and frames are reflected, reminding us of city lights in amber and rose. The modest, but appealing. PELLE’s series, which was created after a thorough exploration of the nature of lights, colours, context and other elements, might look soft, but is hard to ignore.
