 Estonian illustrator Eiko Ojala’s work is gaining popularity among various of newspapers and magazines like The New York Times, The Washington Post and The Guardian. Apart from the visual satisfaction or illusions his work brings, he also utilises editorial space to convey messages.

Not only merging coloured paper with graphic deisgn, Ojala uses the light and shadows in addition to layering, creating new imaginary spaces for each piece of work. Injecting personal thoughts and feelings into his artwork, Ojala is keen to illustrate his concerns and worries towards controversial issues and current affairs.
