Louis Vuitton Objets Nomades

Louis Vuitton was founded 164 years ago as a travelling trunk specialist. When the luxury house launched its furniture and home accessories range in 2012, it celebrated the art of travelling and was aptly named Objets Nomades.

Over the years the collection has spawned collaborations with some of the world’s top designers, including Campana Brothers, Raw Edges, Marcel Wanders, Atelier Oï, Maarten Baas and many others. Since the objects in the collection are imagined by different designers as their own interpretation of the idea of travel, it is not surprising to see a range of creative languages and styles among the pieces. What unifies the objects are the meticulous craftsmanship and top notch quality that pays homage to the special-order heritage of the brand, made possible by the team of creative artisans at Louis Vuitton.

The new Objets Nomades collection is available to view in Hong Kong from 24 March to 2 April. The showroom at Pedder Building, Central is conceptualised by renowned architect Andre Fu, where a new Objet Nomade under his own design will also be debuted. Registration for admission can be arranged online.
