Louis Vuitton isn’t usually regarded as the most progressive of brands, but the French fashion house takes a giant step forward with the unveiling of its “V” collection. Designed for fast-paced, modern lifestyles, the leather goods range takes its name from Gaston-Louis Vuitton’s personal signature, and features forward-thinking elements like malleable shapes, exterior zip pockets, interior compartments and removable straps.

To generate some buzz around the collection, Louis Vuitton also created a film series titled, “Movers,” which features contemporary talents who explore several mediums and toe the line between lifestyle and art. First up are Tokyo-based designer Ryoichi Kurokawa and professional skater Alex Olson, both of whom embody the creativity, flexibility and modernity of the new accessories line, and are leaders in more than one field.
