Lost and Found
Porsche 911 2.7 Carrera RSH

Have you ever imagined yourself discovering a rare beauty just around the corner in Hong Kong? Jan B. Lühn of Classic Driver was the unbelievably lucky guy to have discovered this Porsche 911 Carrera 2.7 RS in a German barn, one of just seventeen in existence.

This Porsche, in metallic green, is one of the rarest ever produced, though few but the most hardcore of fans have heard of it.

In 1972, Porsche slimmed the cars down to 960kg in order to meet the requirements of the GT Championship’s Group 4 category. And once it was all said and done, only 17 owners decided to keep the ultra-light RSH specification. The 911 Carrera RS without a clock, tool-box, sun-visors or carpets, is as pure and uncomplicated as it gets.
