Located in Kwai Chung, which is just a ten-minute drive from West Kowloon city centre, the facility encompasses 70,000 sq. ft. of floor space, an impressive figure under Hong Kong’s land shortage issue. The operation is taken care of by a specialist team comprising 48 highly skilled technicians and service advisors, promising world-class service and maintenance for each and every prized vehicle.

The Ferrari Technical Service Centre spreads over two levels and caters to all Ferrari models past and present, serving as a one-stop-shop for after-sales from spare parts to repair, maintenance and restoration with a service level in tandem with the factory in Maranello. The main workshop floor consists of 14 work bays equipped with full diagnostic capabilities, while the 10-bay body shop features full Ferrari body alignment equipment and all-aluminium car benches plus two brand-new spray booths.

The centre is also one of the first in Asia awarded with ‘Officina Ferrari Classiche’ status. With the authorisation of the Ferrari Classiche Department in Maranello, the facility can also offer documentation services in addition to maintain, repair and full restoration, including the opportunity for clients to apply for Ferrari Classiche certification for any Ferrari with 20 years of age and for Ferrari’s Limited Series models. The star-studded models completing their restoration at the centre include one of the only seven RHD Daytona Spyders ever made.

Work bays aside, there are ample parking and vehicle storage on the upper floor of the facility, while the spacious customer lounge allow clients to discuss their requirements with the team or just relax as they wait for their cars. With some of the most advanced technology and equipment available and a team of technicians regularly undergoing Ferrari technical training programmes, the centre is here to perfect the entire brand experience for Hong Kong Ferrari owners.
