Level Up The Retro Look
Reebok x PlayStation 30th Anniversary Sneaker Collection

PlayStation turns 30 this year, and while the anniversary consoles have already made waves, the gaming giant has another surprise in store. Partnering with Reebok, PlayStation is releasing a trio of co-branded sneakers this October, each celebrating one of the console’s original launch regions: Japan, the United States, and the United Kingdom.

Each pair arrives in limited-edition packaging inspired by the original 1994 PlayStation design, complete with the familiar grey palette, retro logos, and playful nods to the console’s buttons and cords.

For Japan, the InstaPump Fury 94 channels early PlayStation nostalgia with grey sock liners, a pump ball marked “Press Play,” and a tongue label styled like a memory card. Look closely and you’ll spot the original Japanese launch date, “3/12/1994,” written in Japanese inside.

The Pump Omni Zone II represents the U.S. release, featuring PlayStation’s signature colour accents, two lace options with metal tips, and console-inspired lace dubraes. A removable cable-style lace lock and a hidden memory card graphic on the tongue add retro flair, while the launch date “9/9/1995” is tucked away on the label.

The UK gets the understated Workout Plus, with subtle PlayStation detailing throughout. It features a removable cable lace lock, an internal arch band for improved fit, and lace dubraes shaped like the classic circle, triangle, and square buttons, along with the UK’s launch date, “29/9/1995,” hidden on the label.

Each model is exclusive to a retailer in its respective region — END. in London, CNCPTS in New York, and Beams in Japan — with staggered drop dates beginning 15 October. For the most dedicated collectors, a global bundle — the 30th Anniversary Collection Stacking Box — includes all three pairs, limited to just 750 sets worldwide. Full purchasing details will be announced on PlayStation’s website later this month.
