Be sure to visit the Audi Kowloon Showroom during the month of December. Holding pride of place display will be Audi’s Le Mans-winning R-18 e-tron quattro, the world’s first hybrid racecar to win the 24 hours of Le Mans. Audi has become synonymous with victory at the world’s most important endurance race, yet with 13 victories since 1999, the R-18 is something very special. After just two seasons, it was voted by the events’ sanctioning body, the Automobile Club de l’Ouest (ACO) as one of the most important Le Mans race cars of all time.

As the first Audi race car not powered exclusively by a combustion engine, it also bristles with other unique elements that beg your deeper inspection: a one-piece carbon-fibre monocoque, new carbon-fibre composite gearbox casing, reduced mass suspension elements, the particularly compact 3.7-litre V6 TDI engine with mono turbocharger extracting over 490 hp, the extremely bright full LED headlights and its stunning aerodynamics package that sets new levels of efficiency.
