Australian photographer Luke Shadbolt was fascinated by the sense of enormity of the ocean, and after the “Maelstrom” series released last year exhibiting the furious side of it, he has created the “Acquiesce the Front” series which focused on the process of how the wave is formed, showing us the delicate details of the ocean surface. You do not have to share the same obsession as him, as long as you pay attention to the photos, you would definitely be able to appreciate the beautiful waves, hence to re-examine the relation between human and nature.
