Montblanc 1858 collection

Montblanc has just released its new TimeWalker collection during the Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie on the 16th January in Geneva. At the same time, it also launched the Montblanc Heritage Chronométrie ExoTourbillon Rattrapante Limited Edition 8 and new bronze pieces for the Montblanc 1858 Collection.

The TimeWalker collection is inspired by the glory days of motor racing. Under the themes of ‘performance’ and ‘victory’, the new series brings back vintage racing style, which it carries through the piece with distinctive red and white dial markings. The details are designed to reinforce the inseparable bond between accurate instruments and racing victory.

The Montblanc Heritage Chronométrie ExoTourbillon Rattrapante Limited Edition 8 is not only scarce in terms of number of pieces issued, but also combines the Maison’s patented ExoTourbillon with a monopusher split-second chronograph. Last but not least, the classic 1858 collection introduces a new choice of bronze construction, further enhancing the vintage style of the original.

These collections have perfectly blended together traditional craftsmanship, modern technology and the spirit of racing, presenting the interconnections between all three in a concrete and elegant way.
