Montblanc has teamed up with Italian tyre company Pirelli to launch a stunning new suitcase that rolls around on race-ready tyres. While this isn’t the first collaboration between the two brands, the limited carry-on luggage piece could be a popular one on this year’s Christmas wishlist. 

The new Montblanc #MY4810 3000 suitcase is equipped with the ultimate 360° rotating, ball-bearing wheels inspired by Pirelli’s high-performance P ZERO tyres. The asymmetric pattern of the Pirelli P ZERO can be found on the small rubber wheels, along with the iconic “P ZERO” and “PIRELLI” logos. While automotive fans will appreciate the aesthetics, they certainly aren’t just for looks; these mini rollers are set to reduce noise by 10% and are more durable to prevent wear and tear, gliding smoothly on a variety of different surface types. 

The black suitcase is made from lightweight polycarbonate with hardened, matte nylon corners for extra protection. In addition to the eye-catching red stripe across the suitcase, the handle at the top is made from red leather and features a matching red luggage tag. Additional functionality comes in the form of a tasteful black leather handle on the side, as well as a multi-section handle bar featuring the two brand names.
