Good Things Come In Pairs
NBA player P.J. Tucker’s Rolls-Royce Cullinan-inspired Air Jordan 3

When you’re fond of a particular object you would want it to be with you all the time. What if you happened to be Houston Rockets player P.J. Tucker, a well known sneaker aficionado as well as being a recipient of a brand new Roll-Royce Cullinan? Your local Roll-Royce dealer might surprise you with a custom pair of Nike Air Jordan 3 inspired by your latest automotive purchase.

Tucker’s Cullinan was ordered through Houston-based Post Oak Motors and fitted with white-painted body and red leather interior. Post Oak Motors then invited footwear designer Jake Danklefs of Dank & Co to create this one-off customisation. The full reconstructed Air Jordan 3s share the same white and red colourway and have the Rolls-Royce “double R” logo embroidered on the tongue, while additional alligator and snake print further boost the luxe level. Judging from Tucker’s post it seems he wasn’t aware of this sweet treat until the moment he received it. We’re taking bets that this probably won’t be the last pair of vehicle-inspired custom sneakers that Tucker will commission.
