Tommy Hilfiger turns his Spring 2018 runway into a race circuit

Following the announcement of its partnership with Mercedes-AMG Petronas Motorsport as official apparel supplier to the team, American designer Tommy Hilfiger has unveiled a motorsports-inspired collection on Sunday, February 25 at Milano Congressi during Milan Fashion Week.
The collection pays tribute to Hilfiger’s longtime love of racing, where speed stripes, checkerboard patterns and archival logos are flying everywhere. The runway became a racing circuit with pit-stops situated in the middle of the stage. With the support of Mercedes-AMG Petronas Motorsport, several W09 EQ Power+ F1 racers were displayed during the pit-stops, accompanied by a team of marshals dressed in Hilfiger’s all-new team gear.
