First From The Marque
Aston Martin and Brough Superior AMB 001

Aston Martin has unveiled its very first motorcycle in the marque’s history. The AMB 001 is the automaker’s first collaboration with British performance motorcycle brand Brough Superior, with the Aston Martin team, focused on the design and Brough Superior worked on the engineering.

The AMB 001 is track-only and presented in the traditional Aston Martin Racing colours of Stirling Green and Lime Essence with Matte Black wheels, forks and brake assemblies. The motorbike is powered by a 180 hp V-twin turbocharged engine and weighing just 180 kg. Materials including carbon fibre, titanium and billet aluminium are used to build the bike for keeping it lightweight. The carbon fibre fin is derived from the side strake of Aston Martin cars, while the aerodynamic wings at the front referenced the S-Curve on Aston Martin cars for boosting downforce. The bike is completed with the ergonomic saddle is hand-stitched in Oxford Tan leather, just like any luxury car interior.

Limited to 100 examples, the AMB 001 is being built and hand-assembled in the Brough Superior factory in Toulouse, France with deliveries begin from Q4 2020.
