Feel The Air
“Air Inventions” installation by Panasonic

During Milan Design Week, a 20-metre white air dome will be erected in front of the historical venue Pinacoteca di Brera in Milan. The art installation, named “Air Inventions”, is set up by Panasonic to showcase its proprietary technologies and generate the cleanest, purest air in Milan.

Mist, wind sounds and visuals are used to appeal to all five senses. Upon stepping inside the pavilion shaped like a water droplet, visitors are greeted by a projection of air generated from the 27,000 lumen ultra-super brightness projector and high resolution fisheye lens. The silky-fine mist, which can produce ultra fine water particles, is combined with the ionisation technology  “nanoe-X” to purify and clean the air inside the installation, at the same time moisturise the skin of the visitors. The installation aims to demonstrate Panasonic’s new creative philosophy of taking care the consumers’ intangible elements of everyday life, such as wellbeing, feelings and experiences.
