Honda has updated the racing version of NSX GT3, which is manufactured under the Acura brand in the USA. The 2019 NSX GT3 Evo is again based on the Acura NSX production with a series of revisions aimed at delivering improved performance and reliability for racing teams around the world.

The revised bodywork features a new front splitter, diffuser and rear bumper, which help reducing drag, allowing the new NSX GT3 EVO to offer higher top speeds, improved cooling and enhanced balance and driveability, even for amateur drivers. 

Besides the improved and cool looking body, the turbochargers are also brand new and will improve throttle response, boost control and fuel economy. Additionally, there are a new anti-lock braking system and an upgraded Bosch data-logger for increasing efficiency and enhancing driver experiences. All of these can be retrofitted to existing NSX GT3s.

The 3.5-litre twin-turbocharged V6 and the chassis of the new NSX GT3 EVO are built along the production model in Ohio, USA, before being completed by JAS Motorsport in Milan, Italy. NSX shines in numerous race series including being the winner of the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship’s GTD division and the Pirelli World Challenge.
