As one of the sponsors for Red Bull Racing and long supporter for motorsports, TAG Heuer has just released a watch collaborating with Red Bull F1 driver Max Verstappen. The Formula 1 Max Verstappen Special Edition 2018 is the third project between the Swiss watchmaker and the youngest Grand Prix winner in the history, and is limited to just 1,300 pieces.

With Verstappen sharing his design preferences and his vision for the project, the result is sporty quartz watch with nice racing colours in black and red, and it turned out exactly like what Verstappen wanted it to be. The 43 mm chronograph is powered by an in-house quartz movement. On the black dial the most prominent element must be the number “33” in red inside the subdial at 6 o’clock, which is Verstappen’s racing number. Next to it is a red, white and blue vertical stripe representing the Dutch flag referencing Verstappen’s home country, while the name of the watch and the Aston Martin Red Bull Racing logo are engraved on the caseback. The steel case is paired with a fixed steel and ceramic bezel with tachymeter scale and steel bracelet with black ceramic links.
