This sleek set of luggage is now available in a titanium shell in addition to the regular recycled polycarbonate and aluminium options.

The 19 Degree Titanium luggage is currently available in the International Carry-On style with a capacity of 31 litres only. The weight of the travel case is 11.6 lbs and similar to the aluminium luggage of the same size. Needless to say, a titanium shell is much stronger and more durable than both the alloy and polycarbonate models, although that’s not to say it’s impervious to the usual wear and tear at the hands of careless airport staff. The titanium case features carbon fibre-inspired accents, while the corners of the case are enhanced with the brands’ patent-pending DuraFold construction for extra strength. The tubing of the telescoping handles is made from aircraft-grade aluminium to ensure the handles are lightweight and sturdy.

The interior has also been upgraded with a quilted divider and card pocket in brown for a more luxurious look, while the mesh zip pockets and hanger bracket help keep things organised. Like all Tumi suitcases, the new 19 Degree Titanium can be registered with the complimentary Tumi Tracer programme which helps to aid the recovery of lost or stolen items. Vintage-inspired decorative stickers are also included in the US$ 3,000 suitcase for the owner to add their own personal touch.
