Edible Geometry
3D-printed pastry moulds by Dinara Kasko

The objects in the photos may look like just a bunch of plastic bricks, but they are actually all pastries created by Ukrainian pastry chef Dinara Kasko using moulds that she has created.

Kasko’s first profession was being an architectural designer, which perhaps might explain her fondness on creating pastries with different geometrical figures. She sees common ground between architecture and patisserie and that is reflected in her creations with straight sharp lines and minimalist style. She has also had experience working as a visualiser, giving her the 3DMAX modelling skills she needs to make sure her pastries are millimetre-perfect.

All of Kasko’s moulds are cast with silicone and sold on her website with a recipe.
