Lamborghini has introduced the open-top version of Aventador S Roadster to coincide with the Frankfurt Motor Show opening on September 14. With prices starting at USD 460,247, the new Aventador S Roadster is available in February 2018.

The Aventador S Roadster comes with two carbon fibre roof panels that can be manually removed and stored in the trunk up front. Equipped with the same 6.5-litre naturally aspirated V12 engine as the Aventador S coupé, the Roadster is capable of producing 740 hp and a 690Nm of torque.

Its seven-speed lightweight Independent Shifting Rod (ISR) transmission offers gear shifts within 50 milliseconds, allowing the Roadster to rocket from 0-100km/h in just 2.9 seconds, and reach a top speed of 350 km/h, matching the Aventador S. Last but not least, the rear wing, suspension, steering, and other functions are adjustable through four driving modes: Strada, Sport, Corsa, and Ego to fulfil any driver’s need for speed.
