The Hong Kong Watch Auction: FOUR

International auction house PHILLIPS is again joining forces with Bacs & Russo for their Spring Auction, named “The Hong Kong Watch Auction: FOUR”. The event will take place at the Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong on May 30, 2017. More than 350 luxury timepieces will be offered during the auction, including 43 contemporary watches from renowned watch collector and industry expert Laurent Picciotto’s collection, alongside other antique collector’s items such as:

  • Patek Philippe. An extremely rare and highly important stainless steel limited edition split seconds chronograph cushion-shaped wristwatch with black dial, 1950s movement and original certificate, reference 3670, circa 2012
  • Rolex. An extremely fine and rare stainless steel wristwatch with sweep centre seconds, date, gas escape valve and bracelet, made for the Sultanate of Oman, reference 1665, circa 1977
  • Patek Philippe. An extremely fine and important pink gold wristwatch with “Jungle” cloisonné enamel dial and Gay Frères bracelet, reference 2481, manufactured in 1951
  • Richard Mille. An important and unique titanium tonneau-shaped split seconds chronograph tourbillon wristwatch, RM008, circa 2006
  • Patek Philippe. An extremely fine and unique gilt brass solar power dome table clock with pocket watch movement and cloisonné enamel scene ‘Jeux de Voiles’ by Madame Luce Chappaz, retailed by Cartier, reference 766, manufactured in 1969
  • Patek Philippe. A very fine and important stainless steel chronograph wristwatch with original certificate, reference 530, manufactured in 1943
  • Patek Philippe. An extremely fine and incredibly rare white gold perpetual calendar wristwatch with moon phases, luminous dial, original certificate and fitted presentation box, reference 3448, manufactured in 1974
  • Patek Philippe. An extremely fine and impressive pink gold worldtime wristwatch with bracelet, reference 1415, manufactured in 1948

The auction is expected to fetch more than HK$100 million.
