Crossing The 1000hp Mark
Hennessey McLaren Senna HPE1000

Those who are lucky enough to have tried the McLaren Senna would tell you that it is one of the best high performance streets cars. However,  this doesn’t stop American tuner Hennessey Performance to push the limit even further. The company has just launched the performance upgrade package for the hypercar.

The HPE1000 tag in the name suggests the upgraded Senna produces 1,000 hp, although it was not mentioned specifically. The factory 789 hp, 4.0-litre turbocharged V8 will be fitted with additional high-flow air filters, Motec engine management system, improved turbochargers, intercoooler, and stainless steel exhaust. Hennessey has also worked on seven-speed dual-clutch transmission system. Changes on appearances of the HPE1000 are kept to minimal as the aerodynamics on the original Senna are meticulously calculated. The tuned Senna will get exterior Hennessey and HPE1000 emblems, serial numbered dash plaque and serial numbered plaque in engine compartment. There’s also the HPE900 edition if you prefer things to be slightly more calm.
