Classic Reborn
Polaroid Originals OneStep 2 Instant Camera

For Polaroid fans, 2017 has been a remarkable year, not only does it mark the 80th anniversary of the U.S. instant camera maker, but it also welcomes the rebirth of Polaroid. The Impossible Project purchased the Polaroid brand and intellectual property in May and has brought the classic camera into the modern era with the introduction of an updated analogue instant camera called the Polaroid Originals OneStep 2.

The new Polaroid Originals OneStep 2 features the same retro design as the original OneStep and is available in black or white. It measures 150 mm (L) x 110 mm (W) x 95 mm (H) and weighs 460 g, with a built-in flash and a sharp 2-ft to infinity lens to ensure you’ll have the best quality pictures possible. Unlike the traditional Polaroid cameras that used a battery contained in the film, the OneStep2 has a built-in 1100mAh rechargeable battery, which can be charged via USB and lasts for 60 days.

Like the original camera, the OneStep 2 is a fully analog camera that’s compatible with both 600 film and a newly-developed i-Type film, which is optimized for the battery-free OneStep 2.

Priced at €119.99, the OneStep 2 is now available for purchase on the Polaroid Originals website and select stockists worldwide.
