Better Than The Original?
The McLaren Senna, re-imagined

The McLaren Senna has been generating plenty of polarised opinions from the public since it was first announced last month: some people admire its distinctive silhouette with innovative body treatment of using glass on the bottom half of the door; others claim that it’s simply not good enough to bear the legend race driver’s name, and find the dual tone body highlighting its design shortcomings.

Whichever side you are, it doesn’t change the fact the 500 units have already been registered. Still, designer Aksyonov Nikita is drawn to the model and has developed three alternate versions of the Ultimate Series car. First, he has imaged the Senna as a speedster, complete with roofless body and low-profile windscreen.

A Le Mans Prototype version features even more extreme aerodynamics, while the third rendered car is aimed squarely at the wilderness with a set of off-road tracks.
