The Gran Turismo gaming series on Playstation 4 can be described as one of the best platforms to showcase dramatic concepts officially created by automakers. The latest one is the Lamborghini Lambo V12 Vision Gran Turismo, unveiled ahead of the World Finals of the 2019 FIA Certified Gran Turismo Championships in Monaco. Lamborghini has even built a life-size model for the event.
The one-seater has a futuristic exterior filled with sophisticated aerodynamics. The main body is disconnected from the fenders, while an enormous rear wing houses a significant Y-taillight – one of the signatures of the marque. The side windows feature a hexagon-inspired theme referencing the Lamborghini Marzal from 1968.
The interior is even more forward-looking with a jet fighter-styled cabin in which the driver enters from the front of the car. The key controls are located on the equally futuristic steering wheel while driving information is projected virtually in front of the driver. Powering the concept would be the 808hp hybrid V12 drivetrain borrowed from the limited-edition Sián FKP 37.
The Lambo V12 Vision Gran Turismo will be available in Gran Turismo Sport next spring.
