Those who like to drink wine would definitely know what a wine breather is. Not every bottle requires it, but as long as any wine comes in contact with air, the Tannic Acid production within will be accelerated, which ceases the taste of sourness and helps release the long enclosed aroma within, resulting the bottle with a more rounded taste and an easier swallow. Apart from that, wine breathers are also great for filtrating out precipitates which are formed in the wine throughout time. This further dilutes the sourness within the alcohol so that the real flavor from the wine can be brought out. This design is also by NORM Architects, which shares a similar outlook as the beer foamer. By matching the streamlined bottle with a gold-plated stainless steel filter tip, a minimal and crisp appearance is created.
