BH Auction Super GT Sale

In the upcoming sale held be Japanese auction house BH Auction, eleven seasoned GT race cars will look for their next driver for the coming race season. While it is far from the biggest sale with just only eleven lots, each of these cars would be a winner and some of them even come with a glorious track record.

Both winning cars in the sale come from BMW. First is the 1995 BMW 320ST. Not only did it won the 1995 24 Hours Nürburgring race plus the 1996 and 1997 24 Hours of Spa, but it also didn’t have any major crash over all these years. It is still covered in the livery for the 1997 endurance race. The second BMW, 2014 BMW Z4 GT3, is also a car of the triumph, having taken the GT300 class winning a title in the 2014 Suzuka 1000 km race and finished fifth in class in the 2014 Super GT series.

For those who prefer racers with a longer history, the 1965 Alfa Romeo Giulia Sprint GTA Corsa, the 1972 Nissan Skyline 2000 GT-R KPGC10 or the Group 4-specification Lancia Stratos from 1975 should serve the purpose well. The Michelotto-built 2008 Ferrari 430 GTC and the lap time breaking 1995 HKS T-002 / BCNR33 are two more examples showing what an all-star catalogue we are treated to.

The Super GT Auction will happen on 10 January, aptly at the Fuji International Speedway.
