An unofficial Lamborghini idea
‘Missile’ concept

Lamborghini is celebrating founder Ferruccio Lamborghini’s 100th birthday with the release of the 2017 Lamborghini Centenario LP 770-4. While all of the exclusive 40 units have already been sold, it won’t stop fans from commemorating the occasion in other ways. Industrial design student Youngjai Jun from Seoul has come up with the remarkable ‘Missile’ Vision Gran Turismo concept.

As the name suggests, the supercar concept is based on the shape of a missile, which explains the clean, smooth lines and the large fin extending from the centre of the rear deck. Appearance wise, the concept features some unusual features such as a set of large air intakes and a single boxy central exhaust pipe. Speaking to BoldRide, Jun says he visualised the Missile concept utilising Aventador’s 6.5-litre V12 engine but tuned to deliver 739 hp. The all-wheel drive concept would have a top speed of over 350 km/h. With a positive reception, it’s possible we might see the concept come alive virtually with more than just images.
