The Aria FXE, unveiled at this week’s LA Auto Show, is a powerful 1,150 hp hybrid super car built in California.

Aria has come up with two versions of the sports car. The Aria FE features a naturally-aspirated 6.2-litre V8 with an unannounced power output; then there is the exciting Aria FXE with the same 6.2-litre V8 engine supported by two electric motors that are powered by a 10 kWh battery back, generating 1,150 hp and 1,784 Nm combined. The FXE goes to 97 km/h (60 mph) in 3.1 seconds and reaches a top speed of 352 km/h. Carbon fibre is extensive used on the car including the monocoque and the body panels. To add on the aggressiveness, HRE forged centre-locking wheels with carbon fibre inserts are paired with Pirelli P Zero Trofeo R rubber.

A total of four hundred units of the FE and FXE will be built and delivery can be expected by late 2019. Aria intends to set the starting price of FXE at US$ 1 million.
