The Bentley Batur is crafted by Mulliner’s Bespoke Studio, with each owner providing bespoke input. With only 18 examples to be produced, each is ultra-exclusive. The Crewe marque recently unveiled one of the three right-hand-drive Baturs, named The Black Rose, featuring an industry-first 3D-printed solid rose gold design element.
The Black Rose’s exterior is finished in a deep, lustrous Black Rose metallic paint — developed exclusively for this commission — paired with a gloss Beluga upper body. Satin Rose Gold accents on the grille, mirror caps, endless bonnet line, lower body kit, and 22-inch tri-tone wheels enhance its presence, adding a level of opulence rarely seen on the road. Even the carbon ceramic brakes feature meticulous detailing, subtly complemented by black callipers.
The theme continues inside, where a rich interplay of textures and finishes creates a dark, sophisticated cabin. Deep Beluga leather, charcoal grey tweed, and Black Rose metallic-painted veneers form the backdrop, exuding understated luxury. However, what truly sets this interior apart is Bentley’s groundbreaking gold Additive Manufacturing (AM) technique — the first of its kind in the automotive industry. The Drive Mode Selector, Organ Stop vent controls, and steering wheel marker are all crafted from hallmarked 18-karat rose gold, sustainably sourced from 100% recycled jewellery.
Bentley has not disclosed the technical specifications of The Black Rose, but the original Batur announcement confirmed that the model would feature the hand-assembled 6.0-litre twin-turbocharged W12 engine, delivering 730 hp and 1,000 Nm of torque.
