First debuted at Geneva Motor Show earlier this year, the Lamborghini Huracán Performante Spyder just made its Hong Kong debut.

Huracán is Lamborghini’s most successful car commercially, and the latest model, Performante Spyder, can easily become the most desirable of all Huracáns with the open-air driving option. Designed with forged carbon fibre technology, the new model weighs 35 kg less than Huracán Spyder. The lightweight, electrohydraulic roof opens in 17 seconds at a driving speed up to 50 km/h.

The Spyder shares the same 5.2-litre V10 naturally-aspirated engine as the coupé, with a maximum output of 640 hp and 600 Nm of torque. The permanent four-wheel drive Performante Spyder accelerates from 0-100 km/h in 3.1 seconds and has a top speed of 325 km/h. The total dry weight is 1,507 kg, with weight distribution of 43/57% (front/rear).

In terms of technology, the Aerodinamica Lamborghini Attiva (ALA) active aerodynamics system is retained on the Spyder. Together with the improved suspension system, more responsive steering, a recablibrated ESC and a new ANIMA system with STRADA, SPORT and CORSA three driving modes, a thrilling and dynamic drive is ensured whether with the roof open or closed.
