35th Anniversary of “Absolute Toughness”
Casio G-Shock “Red-Out” Collection

Since its debut in 1983, the Casio G-Shock has been known for its “Absolute Toughness” concept, which refers to its durable shock-resistant construction. As this year marks the 35th anniversary of the G-Shock, Casio has unveiled a special ‘Red-Out’ collection to celebrate the milestone.

The collection features five classic G-Shock watches; the AWG-M535C, DW-5635C, DW-5735C, DW-6935C and GA-735C. Each comes with an all-red matte color scheme that is achieved using a new coating technology that incorporates particles into the paint, resulting in a lusterless red finish. To make the collection more memorable, the case backs of these watches are engraved with the G-SHOCK 35th anniversary logo designed by well-known American graffiti artist Eric Haze, while the strap keeper is emblazoned with a star emblem that signifies 35 years.
