Dyson Pure Hot+Cool Link

Dyson has unveiled its latest air purifier, the Pure Hot+Cool Link in Beijing.

Looking very similar to last year’s Pure Cool Link Purifier, the new air purifier also aims to remove pollutants and allergens from the air. It has a 360° Glass HEPA air filter that captures ultra-fine particles including pollen, bacteria and pet dander, keeping 99.95% of potentially harmful particles trapped in the filter media.

Utilising Jet Focus technology allows users to choose between a personal mode for long-range, focused airflow, or a diffused mode for wide-area projection, whether it is cooling or heating. Additionally, the Pure Hot + Cool Link features Wi-Fi so you can connect it with the designated mobile app “Dyson Link” to view your air quality report or control your purifier remotely.

During the press conference, Mark Heard, the Category Intelligence Engineer and Environmental Control used the Pure Hot+Cool Link to create some giant bubbles, which demonstrates the gentle but powerful airflow delivery.

Tom Bennett, Head of Research, Design and Development, China claimed that it took more than 12 months to complete the Pure Hot+Cool Link’s development progress, especially the new generation filter, which took them six months to source the right materials.

The Pure Hot+Cool Link is available in two colours: White Silver and Iron Blue. Find out more on Dyson’s official website.
