Influential designer Marc Newson has teamed with Louis Vuitton for a new set of luggage. The “Horizon” collection offers eight new luggage designs which pay tribute to the original Louis Vuitton trunks yet are modified to suit the needs of the 21st-century traveller.

Each piece of the luggage collection comes with four sturdy and silent wheels and offers generous storage space and a TSA-secure lock. The collection comes in five Check-In-size models, two of which you can customise with your initials. For the cabin size, Horizon offers three new models covered with either Monogram Eclipse, Damier Ébène, and black or denim blue Epi leather. Newson achieved an entirely flat back shell by relocating the extendable looped handle on the outside, thereby increasing the capacity of each Horizon by 15% percent compared to the original it replaces.
